they are each 800 mb about 34 min long 3 parts im pretty sure its damn close to dvd quality. i could get the dvd but it would take forever as the user is not on that often.

Band has said on many occasions that they have no problems with fans trading live/unreleased material, as long as it isn't for profit. If someone wanted to be anal you might have a snag since this was originally a tv broadcast, but this has been going around the legit trading communities for some time and no one has had any problems yet.

To answer about the legality of this (or other) Radiohead shows on DVD, Radiohead had never put out a concert on DVD. THey have 2 commercial DVDs, but neither are of their concerts. I have quite a few shows on DVD, either recorded off European TV or filmed by an audience member. Either way, the RIAA does turn a blind eye, since they dont have a copyright on the material. If they were to decide to release the material one day, then you'd have to pull any downloads. In the meantime, unless a band specifically states they dont want their stuff traded, sites that host material like this see no ill will from the RIAA.
