I was thinking about how radio's broadcast shows over air waves and find that it's such bs that I couldnt start my own radio station without paying out huge amounts of money. I mean say I built a huge tower and broadcast on FM 106.7 why would I have to pay money and get ftc regulated. Who the hell owns owns the air waves and gave the ftc the power to control them. I mean it should be free to do what you want.
 
Because the government says so, and they have many many men with many guns and missles to enforce their will upon you.
 
You can stream over internet for cheap or free if you do it yourself. live365.com has cheap solutions.
 
I know that. Not that I wreally wanted to broadcast but the hole deal with paying for something that no-one can lay claim to is bs. If thats the Case, I lay claim to MARS right now, so if anyone ever wants to visit there or build on it. I must approve it and get a good hunk of change
 
There is a guy who has a pirate radio station in Santa Rosa. You can pick it up throughout most of the town. He plays good music.

how do you go about not getting caught?
 
You go ahead and spend all your money on that tower, on developing programming, on starting your radio station, etc on FM 106.7. Go ahead and do it without any regulations. I'll build a taller stronger tower 10 feet away playing whatever I want on FM 106.7 and overpower anything you play. No one will be able to hear you.

Oh wait, now do you want regulations to stop me?
