Fair enough, however I would say that I am the most awesome person in the universe...which has about as much weight as your saying that you think your being completely consistent....perception is reality.

You have got to be fucking shitting me....this is AWESOME...are you for real??

So you equate Obama with the little guys....Mr. I can spend so much damn money it isn't funny...or I have every media outlet sans talk radio and Fox on their knees slurp slurp slurping away...

The only thing that puts Obama in that category is that he represents the party known for losing the past two cycles...but from a support and funding standpoint his campaign represents the machine...and to add insult to injury the guy touted for "change" picks Joe I represent the white man establishment Biden for his running mate.

I also support the little guy or the underdog, and on ATPN that would be McCain, which is why he gets my vote.

Well I wish I was still a teenager and I don't have a beard, nor do I like Cheetos, now if you were talking the puffs then that is a different story....

And where do you see anything even remotely resembling intelligence on these boards...so how could one even try to arbitrate...that is crazy talk.

Back to your hole!

There are plenty of intelligent people on these boards, you just have to sift through people like you to find them. And who said anything about arbitration? I mean I know you're no "nobel laureat" but you have to know the word has more than one definition.

If you're not some stupid teenager or an emotionally stunted beardo that makes it even worse for you, because that means you'll probably never grow out of this. Sorry you missed the boat.

Only with your moon logic does the party who has dominated American politics for the last 8 years, who's basic policy platform calls for large scale tax reductions on corporations and the rich, nominate the husband to a multi-millionaire beer heiress who has been a powerful political figure for almost 30 years, who you describe as 'the little guy' over a freshman senator. The man who has some of the smallest average donation sizes of any presidential candidate ever... represents the political machine.

And lets be serious here, if you're going to run on a platform of change, that means everything you do has to embody change. People put sugar in their coffee? Hell no, the change candidate salts that shit or he's just adding insult to injury.

Oh such pain, I am beside myself...I think I will go and cry a tear....

Who oh who fits your definition of intelligent on this board o great Eskimo...I am ready and waiting for a good laugh.

Nah, now you're just complaining that the shoe is on the other foot (when is the last time a Democratic Presidential candidate has out-raised the Republican candidate?). The comeuppance itself doesn't happen until tomorrow.

Plus, you didn't read what I posted right. What I was saying is that you guys (edit: by which I mean the self-labeled conservatives) like to take special pride in being dicks. The schoolyard bullies, like I said. You've relied too long on being right through might, even when it meant betraying your own ideological principles, which you'd do gleefully just for "the team."
That's why you won't "win" tomorrow even if by some miracle McCain pulls off an upset. Conservatives don't even control the Republican party anymore. The religious right does.

You gotta wonder why slander laws don't apply here. Saying someone wants to "gas the jews" without anything to back that up seems like a pretty clear case to me.

Ironically, because of Hustler v. Falwell, which allows parodies of public figures to be immune from slander.
every time I see that name I dance with glee to know he's dead and if there is actually a hell, thats the only place he could be :D

Summed up as liberal talking point bulshit blah blah blah blah....

So let me get this straight...McCain represents the "big dog" yet somehow his campaign funding was a fraction of that which supported Obama...

The bigger joke is that for years Dems have been backed by some financial powerhouses...buffet and the like, yet they lost time and time again.

And for your point on nominees...everyone knows who the chosen dem candidate was, she just fucked it up by being such a see you next tuesday...the O man might be a bit fresh, but the machine that's got his back is anything but, and given their influence and control I have no problem with my previous statement.

And damn straight if you represent change you better throw salt in that coffee and slurp it up one large gulp at a time, or else your just another poseur.

And there are left-wing radio nuts saying they want Joe the Plumber dead.

I mean you can "vote to go another way" but that really isn't accomplishing anything. Neither candidate, neither party supports such things.

I have never heard any such thing. Source?

There's now another thread up in P&N about it.

That is obviously a lie, but what he will do is betray them in favor of Islamic extremists. Of course you will describe this differently. You know, when Democrats pile on hate towards our support of Israel while at the same time condemning a lack of openness towards the other side.

Such views have repeatedly shown up here on P&N, call them what you will.

What are you babbling about now? I never said that it couldn't mean to arbitrate, but that arbiter can also mean a person or agency whose judgment or opinion is considered authoritative. I don't care what definition you wanted me to be using. Thanks for playing though!

Anyways as for your other crap save it, you have no clue what you're talking about. You talk about 'the machine''s influence and control, but they couldn't even get a member of the Democratic political royalty elected over a black freshman senator. Some mythical machine you have there.

But yeah, by all means keep trying to convince yourself that the black freshman senator represents the colossus and the rich white 30 year senator is the little guy. You perfectly embody the myth of persecution that the right wing clings to so desperately.

did anyone representing the Obama campaign ever say that? no.

Joe the Douchebag said that Obama winning the election would be the death of Israel while officially on the stump for McCain.
