I am having trouble with this card when I play games. I am an avid Everquest II player. During game play, the system hangs for a couple of secs on occassion and the fan to the video card starts up. Then after it starts, the game continues. Periodically this fan will shut off and then do the same occurance over and over. The question I have is this.... is there a program out there that will make the fan run all the time? I am running the latest Catalyst drivers as of 4/12/06. Anyone have a clue?

You can use ATITool that is a free program. It has a settings feature that allows you to control the fan based on temperature. It also displays the card temperature in the tray.
I have my X800 set at 40 degrees C. If you want the fan to run all the time, I suppose you can set the temperature as low as possible.
