radeon With Dx8.0??

how does the radeon 32DDR perform under directx 8? Are the drivers stable? IS there any performance difference for better or worse? Overall, should i go with dx8 or wait a while??

I am using the AIW Radeon with Directx 8a and the 3102 drivers with good results.

i am using retail radeon 32 meg with winme & DX8 and the 7089 driver with no problems at all.

i tried the 3102 with DX8 and a 32 DDR, and had a lot of problems with media player, both loading and playing
