Radeon Problems with Flash 4/5

Ok, I do mostly web design for my profession. I purchased this Radeon a couple months ago, and until recently I started using Flash 4 Editor/Creator. Unfortunately out of unexpectation, it seems to run very "SLOW", trying to draw a simple square in the object is a suprisingly hard task. Some tools are horribly slow, and the "pen" guides are invisible. Does anyone who uses this card and this program know a workaround? I tried the latest drivers as well as the older ones. I'm starting to regret purchasing this card.
 
I thought that was flash on your site, but its javascript that makes the buttons move. I didn't know that you could make the buttons "scroll" down... kinda cool
