baseline = 9x
-11% = NT with d3dim700.dll 5.1.2258.400 (DX8a release)
+.2% = NT with d3dim700.dll 5.1.2256.140 (DX8a beta)

Yeah, but I heard it doesn't do as much for real games, and only 3d marks runs just about as fast as in Win9x.
