I brought the Texas weather up to you west coast guys 😛 You guys owe me 😛

Anyone in the area have any good sightseeing tips or anything else?

hmm... sightseeing... it's hard when you've lived here your whole life 😛

i recommend taking a water taxi from the waterfront to alki beach, it's nice there, relaxing. i dunno how busy you are though, cuz it's just a nice beach, not *that*special.

The wife and I were just there 2 weeks ago, went to the Seattle space needle (sucks compared to Sydney's AMP Tower and Canberra's Telstra Tower), Pike Place Market, Westside shopping center and some other places.

It was good to come home though.

Yeah go to Pike Street Market and catch them throwing salmon around 😀 (I'm not kidding) The Aqariums in not bad as is the Woodland Park Zoo & the Point Defiance Zoo in Tacoma 😀

Cheers,
Aquaman

Radeon,

One might assume that we would be grateful for this sunshine that seems to have followed you from Texas. The problem is, though, that it is an immutable law of nature that we total about 10 days of this per year. Thus, we will be having a crappy summer.

Ah so nice to be home 🙂

Russ, watching the weather forecast, it seems you are now due for 4 or 5 days of showers. 🙂

I got a mini tour of the Microsoft campus thanks to my brother. That place is drop dead gourgeous. We went down to the Seafront on Saturday with his wife and kids in tow and they got a kick out of watching me feed (read peg) seaguls with frenchfries. 😀
