Nah,
It's not low... Default was 144 mhz... OEM was around 168 mhz and std was 184 mhz... LE's could almost always get to the std speed setting and sometimes significantly higher - like over 200

Mine went up to 210 before it started to get artifacts, and this with a TT Blue Orb fan. Pretty good OC, about 30%.Originally posted by: etech
For the record, I installed both DX9 and the catalyst drivers.
On the Battlefield 1942 SW demo at 180/180 I was able to go to high quality and still have what appears to be good framerates.
The whitebox LE was a good card for it's time.
The catalyst drivers so far seem to be working very well. Dxdiag reports the card as a 7200.
KGB, I've had it up to 200 with just the passive heat sink but get some artifacts. I think I'll put a fan on it and see how it does.
