Radeon LE - 3DMark Problems

Hello. Yesterday I got Radeon Le, I used the tweak to enable the HyperZ, and probably I have changes some other settings. I can play Quake3 without a problem, but then I try to run 3dmark - the tests or the demo - i get a black screen and I have to reboot.
Any suggestions?

I use 4_13-7075 drivers + WinME

The 7075's worked for me in 3dmark, but then I switched to the 7072's because they worked in Giants. I would reccomend trying to the 7072's because they have been seeming to work for most people.
 
One more question: why is 3dmark I do not have the option to choose hardware t&L? I have only software. Someone told me fixed the locking in 3dmark - changing it to hardware t&l but i do not have this option ?
