Radeon LE 32DDR work on ASUS P3V4X motherboard?

Title says it. I've got the ASUS P3V4X and am thinking about replacing my old trusty Voodoo 3 with the new Radeon LE 32DDR. Any problems with this mobo?
 
I installed the Radeon LE DDR on my Asus CUV4X this week. Works like a charm, but I highly recommend you reformat your drive to get rid of old drivers/tweaks. As a side note, I used to have a Geforce2 MX on the CUV4X which wouldn't run at AGP 4X no matter what I did. Then I installed the Radeon and AGP 4X is perfectly stable. The Radeon seems to work pretty good with the VIA Apollo 133A chipset.
 
I have the same board and video card, not a single problem! I've only had the Radeon LE for 3 weeks.I didn't format my HD but I deleted in my registry any 3DFX,Voodoo,and Glide files.
 
Thanks guys, glad to know I'm cleared for take off. Thinking about replacing my V3 which doesn't offer help to some of my games due to its strange miniGL drivers
 
Radeon LE works fine with win2k and p3v4x for me. used the reg hack and latest beta drivers.
