Radeon HD 2400PRO Video Card for $15.99 AR FS

I was all over this......Until I saw who the rebate went through...

"Must go to www.[b]MyRebates411[/b].com, login, and submit a new rebate request...."

"Failure to meet any of the Requirements listed in 1, 2, and 3 above, and the Terms and Conditions listed below in the Original Submission will result in disqualification...."

"I further agree to accept the qualification decisions of MyRebates411.com as final....."

Many reasons for them to reject, and they will reject with no notice given. This company sets a new low for rebate crooks. Much worse than even Tiger during there terrible days.

Of course, some will get a rebate from them, and state how great they are.
 
How well does this video card play blu ray and downloaded 1080p content? How does this card compare to the Radeon HD 3200 in the 780g motherboard?
