Radeon even with 3102 on Epox 8KTA2 Crashing

Installed every single drivers for Radeon. Did Clean Install... installed VIA 4-in-One without AGP, Installed the AMD Patch.. Quake 3 still crash. Any clues ? Using Win2k with SP2, Direct X 8.0, 1 AMD 1 GHZ, 700+ MB RAM, Huge drives.... Help or no ideas as well....

Try to remove soundcard from the hardware menu and see if it is crashing then, could be that the sound card is causing problems. And the best way to check it is to really remove it (logically, not physically).
