Radeon aiw displays my xp at 60hz instead of 100

After I install the ati radeon aiw driver for xp, my monitor samsung 1200nf displays only at 60hz. I try to use the samsung files for win2k but no avail. Thanks for any advice. The native winxp radeon driver gave me a nice 100hz or more @1280x1024.

If I were you, I would use XP's "rollback driver" feature and wait for an updated driver for your video card to come out from ATI.
