?Radeon 9700 TX?

What kind of radeon is this??? RAdeon 9700 TX, is that pro version or what?? I cannot find any info on it, i just got 5 dell machines for work and they all came with 128MB DDR ATI RADEON TX cards, they have crt/dvi/tv out.
 
It's the same as the 9700Pro, but a slower clock. I'm pretty sure it's identical to the upcoming Radeon 9700 (non-pro), which is clocked at 275Mhz core, compared to the pro's 325Mhz.
 
I have no idea, if its same as pro version, but i think ill check out the clock speeds,i cant find value of it or anything ..darn it.
 
From everything i know the R9700TX is little more then a R9700 underclocked to 263/263. So it should fall a bit below the reg. R9700 in performance and usually above the R9500Pro, though in some cases it may fall a notch lower.
It also has as added "Theater Mode" in the drivers which apparently allows the user to view the playback of DVDs and video on the Monitor and Television simultaneously.

Question... Why is this in HT and not the Video forums?
 
Who knows, the guy who posted it doesnt have clue 🙂......Thanks for the info, i am gonna pull them out and put them on for sale forum 🙂
