Thanks, Jadow! I picked one up at my local Circuit City on the way home from work. I called the closest Best Buy store to me and they had no stock, but they did acknowledge the $249 price. I had the sales rep check the stock at my 2nd closest store and he said they showed 3 or 4, but that I might want to call to be sure. I called the other store myself and they said they had no stock and were experiencing inventory problems - I'm not sure if this was true or if they were wanting the cards for themselves. I wrote down all the information and swung by my local Circuit City on the way home because they are always really good about pricematching - at least they have been to me. One 9700 Pro left on the shelf, so I picked it up, went to Customer Service, and explained the situation. The customer service rep disappeared into the back to call Best Buy for about 5 minutes or so and when she came back she started to ring me up, so I didn't say anything. Receipt showed $244.99 plus tax, so I signed and walked out the door with my early birthday present. W00t!
