Radeon 9550 -w- ATI TV tuner Ve

Hello all,
I have a Radeon 9550 series vid card. AGP, with a ATIwonder TV tuner VE card.
Up until just last week the TV tuner was working fine. Now I have no video.
I thought that perhaps one of my software installations had updated itself and caused a Malfunction. So I went to the ATI site to download and install the latest Catalyst drivers etc.

I think I followed the unistall old driver directions correctly. Then installed the new drivers.
Catalyst and the Tuner media center load just fine. But when I run the Tuner configuration test option, I get errors indicating that the Video Capture drivers did not load.
I then tried to load drivers for the WDM capture, and the application hangs and never installs.

I've been rounds with this now and can't seem to get it to work again.
I'm running Win XP pro.

Could be the dreaded Code 10 error (in device manager) that's associated with ATi multimedia hardware. I'm a victim of it myself first with the all in wonder 9600pro, and then the all in wonder 9600xt they sent me as a replacement. If it is Code 10, move on (to digital).

I don't see a code 10 error anywhere, Unless of course it is the truly dreaded ID-10-T error.
No really everything seems to be working fine. I just get not video in TV mode.

Peace
