Radeon 9500 Pro dual monitor graphics memory split?

When running with dual monitors on the radeon 9500 pro, is half of the card's memory dedicated to each monitor independently? So if I were to run a game in full screen on the primary monitor and leave IM open on the other one, does card only allow 64MB of memory to the game?
