Radeon 9500 Pro bottleneck

I have a Radeon 9500 Pro card in my computer. Before I go spending money to upgrade the mobo, I want to make sure that the video card is not the bottleneck such that more cpu power wont get me any extra fps.

Anyone have any idea what kind of processor maxes out the potential of the Radeon 9500 pro such that you get no more or very little extra fps by feeding it more cpu power?
