Hey everyone. Many of the games I play on my PC have some kind of artifact or rendering error in them. Artifact tester doesn't pick anything up. The games I am having the most problems with are virtua tennis and the vietcong demo. In virtua tennis, the shadows flicker, some textures are rendered incorrectly, and the players mouths have black triangles on them. I think that Vietcong has texture clipping problems. Do you think it is a driver issue (Cat 3.1s) , a heat issue (I only have 1 case fan), or a power issue (my "400 watt" PSU has some pretty dire specs).
 
If you only have glitches in selected games it's probably most likely to be driver issues causing it. You might try posting at rage3d to see if other people have the same issues in those games.

And make sure you have the latest BIOS and chipset drivers for your system and don't run any background programs (especially things like PowerStrip).
 
Got a new bios that is supposed to solve r9700pro instability - that helped a little. I still get some artifacts, however.
