Radeon 9100 64mb showing up as 250/160 in RivaTuner?

My Radeon 9100 64mb is showing up as 250/160 in RivaTuner. I thought Radeon 9100 64mb were supposed to be 250/230 or at least 250/200.

Does anyone else's Radeon 9100 show 250/160? Do I actually have a 8500LE or something?

The highest RivaTuner will allow me to go is 240 for the memory, but there is a lot of pixelation and inconsistency when I go up to 220.

I will try AtiTool when I get home.

RivaTuner said it was a radeon 9100 R160 I believe, or was it R200? Does R160 exist?

At stock 250/160, 3DMark2001 SE scored 8000 and at 280/210, it scored 9250 on my Athlon 2500+ Barton.

True 9100 64mb is 250/250. But vendors like Sapphire and Powercooler made many 9100 and 8500le in different configuration using slower cores/ and or memory. So it's not uncommon to find 9100 or 8500le with 250/200, 230/180/ 230/230, 250/160, etc. They also made 9100 and 8500le with 64bit and 128bit memory bus. You can tell whether the card has 64bit memory bus by the memory configuration on the board. All these deviations made buying 9100/8500le kind of tricky as you really had to pay attention. BTW, my wife's 9100 is Visiontek brand and true 250/250 with 128bit memory bus. Paid $60 for it around 2 years ago during CompUSA sale and still going strong. It plays most games at a decent framerate.
