Radeon 9000 / XP problem ?

I have P4 2.4G / radeon 9000 / Win Xp / 512 mb ddr / intel 845e motherboard .

I am playing Splinter Cell. It keeps automatically restarting when i get to a certain point in the game. I have tried all compatibility modes with no luck . I have reinstalled video drivers and still no luck . I am not sure what else to try.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated
