Don't forget the Rad9000 is about 20% slower than the Rad9000PRO although it should o/c very well, although it really is worth considering a 128MB version in any new gfx card and I believe only the Rad9000PRO comes with that option.

TheSnowman says the Rad9000 cards were designed to compete with the GF4MX cards and they wipe the floor with them. For 3D the GF3 let alone the GF4TI are far better than the Rad9000PRO. In fact the Rad9000 cards are simply slightly cut down, cheaper to make Rad8500 cards and tend to be inferior to them in many ways. For me in the budget end the Rad9000 and Rad8500 cards rule supreme (unless GF3 are a whole lot cheaper). The 4200 cards are certainly better, esp so if you have a faster CPU, and that's before the o/c to 4400 or 4600 speeds. Anyway here's some benchmarks but do bear in mind they are the faster Rad9000PRO ...
