So, you switched OS, and now it's not running right? Same drivers?
Well the system information tells me it is a 128MB card and Sisoft Sandra tells me it is a 128MB card, my NEC 19" is pretty slow to initialise so I can't see whether or not it says 64 or 128MB - the thing is, the Sapphire sticker on the backside of the card says it is a 64MB card though - perhaps I just got lucky when the factory put the stickers on?
Yes running Win ME now - and driver installation is absolutely terrible - ANY 3D game now has serious artifacts

- basically it is unplayable - the 2D performance is fine though.
The only other difference is that I am now using my ECS K7S5A motherboard as opposed to the Abit KT7A - I guess I should check for issues with the ECS board and the 8500?
I have downloaded and installed DX9 which does actually improve the driver installation (it does not fail) - although I have no idea why???
I think I'm probably going to have to re-format and try again from the start
