Radeon 8500?

About 25mhz. Retail = 275/275, OEM = 250/250 (or was it 250/275?) If your like me you get the OEM, I don't live in the US so its about 50% on top of the price of an OEM to go for the Retail.
 
Many oem cards out there are also 230/230. The performance differential is there but it is pretty easy to overclock them up to retail speeds, but not much further at times.
