LE means that it's clocked at a slightly lower 250/250 than the regular 275/275.

$99 is a good price so go for it.
 
that's a bargain

i got mine running at 275/275 with no problems
still using the 6025 driver which works great. I will try the new 6071 soon.

Did you have to flash the bios with the retail bios?
