The Radeon 7500's a souped up old school Radeon/DX7 card. The 8500 is based on the new R200 chip and is fully DX8 compliant with pixel and vertex shaders.

Okay, so the 7500 is a 7000-series card (same as the 7000 & 7200, but faster).

My reason for asking is I'm looking at getting one of the All-In-Wonders and was thinking I was going to get the 8500DV, but then I saw the 7500 AIW was just released at less than half the price. I'm an avid gamer tho, so I'd probably want to sink the moolah into the 8500DV still.
