Radeon 7000 vs 7200 on P233

Would the lack of Charisma engine and such be a disadvantage on the 7000 with such a lowly CPU? Otherwise, dual RAMDAC's for independent VGA and S-Video might make it a better choice I am a thinkin'.

With such a lowly processor even with a Radeon 7000 your going to be limited by the processor in most cases, so I can't see the 7200 helping much besides a few select games apps that benefit unusually much from T&L.

Interestingly enough, the latest ATi drivers detect the R7000 as having hardware T&L, as do applications.... whether it's fully functional or not I don't know.

As we now know, the 7000 has all the capabilities of the 7200, with only one rendering pipeline instead of two. In turn, it has two output pipelines for dual head operation. You choose.
