I'm thinking of putting together a DVD / MP3 player PC for the living room. Since I wouldn't use it for gaming I'm thinking the 7000 is the best ATI card because it is fanless, so quieter than a 7500 or 8500.
Is anyone here using a 7000 in a home theater setup? How's the S-video and/or composite out quality? Are you using the ATI software for DVD playback or something else? What CPU are you using?
