Ok, I was at Circuit city looking at the delta 12x for 19.99 after MIR (has windvd 2000 bty, but I didn't buy) and i notice that the radeon is on CLEARANCE for $149. Good price, even more interesting in that there are rumours that they will announce the new radeon on Monday. This was a printed small sign on the shelf that was corprate not a local managers special. So it looks like circuit city may know something.
 
i got mine for 120 off the FS/FT forums...still a good deal, maybe you can PM with staples and use some coupons
 
The $99 Radeon is the SDR version ($129 - $30 rebate = $99). From Circuit City's Web site under the "Weekly Specials" section:
