There is a new version of this driver out, dated 6/10/2020
That's... odd. Why would they re-release a driver version, with a re-used version number? Shouldn't this driver be 2020.6.1 instead?

Edit: Unless the prior 2020.5.1 were a pre-release, of sorts, to go with the Win10 2004 release, and these are the updated bits.

I noticed that in the installer screen, where it talks about the drivers, it does say "Microsoft Certified" in the description shown on-screen, though the package filename doesn't say "WHQL" in it, and the link has "beta" in the URL.

Edit: After installing them, it still shows 20.5.1, "Released: 5/25/2020".

They are WHQL.

Just a quick heads-up, driver 20.5.1 has some very bad regressions for hardware video encoding.
It was completely unusable when streaming to the Oculus Quest (Link), I had to revert to 20.4.2.

Please bug report it if you haven't already.
