agreed. i say stuff like that all the time(about all races including my own), but at the same time i am not a racist person. 75% of my friends are people of races other than my own. that statement is more stereotypical than racist

They are called wiggas and are usually found at the mall or near their breeding grounds, trailer parks. They tend to communicate with one another through a series of hand signals, nods, and crotch grabs. If you encounter them, be careful when approaching them, they tend to run like a b!tch and their pants have a tendency to slip to their ankles causing a bright white moon to pierce the night

Also do not approach them in groups of 2 or more. When they are gathered in herds this tends to give them increased confidence and makes them more aggressive than their typical ball-less selves.

I deeply lament the fact that I wasted an entire 30 seconds of my life, which could have been used to do other productive things such as...light a match, reheat some bread, turn a light switch on and off as many times as possible...damn. I think the student likely was making a lighthearted joke not intended to be insulting. But it sounds like this was in the midst of a serious discussion, in which case it was entirely inappropriate because it wasn't serious
 
I think the statement should be qualifed. Not all minorities are predominantly into the baggy style. Of the minorities, Blacks are by far the most into this.

Yes, I have, but I also know that my own personal experience represents a very small statistical sampling. Smaller than average, I would suspect, because I tend to be a hermit when I'm not working. My daily personal, visual contact amounts to about 10 different people. Now, I know that baggy clothes are popular, but it was my impression that it was an across-the-board type of thing, not limited to one racial group.

The student was very serious. Even after the teacher discounted what he said. He started talking about reports and studies that showed thisl
