I hope they get shat on. Racist comments have no justification especially when youre pissing on the person. Whether it was meant to be a hate crime or not.......looking at the facts, yes it was. I dont see how you morons are trying to justify it as "regular stupid drunk" actions. People like that need to be expelled so they can get jobs cleaning toilets.
I think they are standing up for themselves.....using the proper channels. If they stood up for themselves the same way you are inferring, that would beget more stupidity, dont you think? Even though I'd love for it to happen.
and btw, some people cant stand up for themselves, which is why moronic idiots prey on those people because they know that they cant/wont stand up for themselves. Thats what cops/regulations are for and imo they need to be used more often or idiots will keep doing what they do.

So its now ok to piss, throw eggs/other objects at people? As well as use racial slurs and demean them? So the people shouldnt face any consequences for their actions? If race had nothing to do with it why were they using racial slurs?

But we all know what probably happened - guys were pissing off their balcony and couple walk into pee, they start mouthing off and it escalates from there.
oh, I do agree. It is perfectly ok to deman somebody - freedom of speach and all.
-edit- and stop using the word victim. There were no victims here. Get raped or murdered or assaulted - then you are a victim. Get call a name and have an egg thrown at you = no victim here as there was no harm done.

hmmm i must've missed it. I heard something about two kids getting charged for some racially motivated thing. Apparently they were wasted though, so I wouldn't be surprised if they were fvcking around with everyone.
I have yet to see racism around here. I mean stuff like what they mention in the newspaper (bruce lee, wing wong etc) is not fvcking racism. It's just people making jokes - it's not as if theres some kind of white supremacy ideas in it. I lived with jewish, indian and chinese kids last year and stuff like that would get thrown around for sh!ts and giggles:

you make fun of the victims by saying their response was so passive. if the people on the balcony did this by accident and the victims responded with this passive remark, why did it escalate to violence and the police coming? doesn't make sense.
i can't believe you're defending people who urinate on others and shout out racial slurs. nice.

I really don't care how these guys get prosecuted (hate crime or no) so long as it's severe enough that it makes these geniuses consider their own potential acts of stupidity before they ever carry them out again. I've been drunk many times in my life and I've never assaulted or peed on anyone. We should not go easy on them "because they were drunk." It's just much too convenient of an excuse.
EDIT: Was it a hate crime? So you're asking if the pissing on was motivated by race, or did the racism start after the pissing on. Who cares? They were dumb enough to piss on people first off, then stupid enough to call them racist names afterwards instead of just going inside and laughing about it. Slap 'em with everything that applies. A few months of being some bad men's boyfriends should clear up any problems that they had.
