I'm looking into buying my dad a car racing game and a usb wheel for his 60th. Can anyone give me some good ones? He has windows xp home and his system is an A643200, 6600gt, 1gbpc3200 ram.

Don't know anything about racing wheels for pc. Do they come with accelerator/brake built in? Foot paddles for braking?

My total budget is $100
 
I love my Logitech MOMO forcefeedback wheel... racing games are so much fun with it than they ever were before. The only recent game I have is NFS:MW, which is a blast if you like arcadish type racing games... if you want realistic racing it's not for you. I think the MOMO wheel is within your price range... when I bought it , it was around $100 so it might be cheaper now.

 
we've been using the momo for a few years and it's been great. seems like when i look for a new wheel i don't see anything better than the momo
 
Recently got the Logitech Nascar wheel as a gift. It retails at about 50 bucks and I've only played NFS:MW on it but it's so much better than on the keyboard. That combo will hit below 100 for sure.
