Odds are, if you're going to buy it on any given day, it won't be a arab male taking you out.

I don't know what airports you've been at but all the ones I've been to have checked me EVERY SINGLE time in these 'random' checks... And I'm Indian (and not muslim), but I've been informed by many that I 'look' like a 17-40 yr old muslim.

I think I've only been picked a couple of times, but I haven't flown much recently. I was once stopped at the airport and had my items searched. They said that they found traces of a chemical explosive on my shoes. I had to sit there and talk to some bomb explosives guy for a little while. But I was really early for the flight so I didn't mind at all. They were pretty nice about it anyways and it's a fun little story to tell friends

I wouldn't really mind about being 'racially profiled' in this case even if I'll be 'targetted' more than others since I guess I look Arab, too.

I'm up for racial profiling for Arabs in airports if everyone else is fine with racial profiling for whites & blacks everywhere else - they're violent murderers!
