Any one up for a race against me in some Seti At Home? I put out about 14 work units a day.

Race has started as of 6:30am March 28. It is a race to crunch 1000.

if my wife would let me set her xp1700 to crunch WUs i'd be up for it (even though you're probably 10000 WUs ahead of me)

We could set up a race where we both start at 0 and race to a certain amount of work units like 500 or something.

Well then lets go with 1000 since using 14 per day as an average that works out to about 70 something days. Sound good to you?
 
How about you put 70% of your task force into ECCp and then the remaining 30% stay in SETI - that would even it up! 🙂 😉
 
I'd race but my output is more like 40/day so I don't think that would be fair...

Well, I'm moving my laptop (which has been good for about 5 WUs/day) to F@H and might move my first dual XP1800 to F@H, too (building a 2nd one later this week). That puppy's doing about 12.5/day.

Maybe another crunch with a twist race like Crazee's doing?

HMMM....or maybe Yield and I could start our own?? 🙂
 
I dont see why not - as long as Minendo is good with that.

If you 2 want to join in (with a 'twist') or whatever, then thats great.

I've been looking for a race for the last 2 weeks,

My average is around 20-22 a day, Doesn't seem to be anyone in that range 🙁

i'm game, though i'm in a 6K race right now. perhaps OD could just have me in 2 races?
 
This will be the third race I am in at the same time.

AFAIK you can be in as many as you want ElFenix 🙂
 
Just a thought, but you guys could go with weighted differences for your race.

ie; a race to 1000 for those that do 15/day would equal 1334 for those that do 20/day
