.ra on Ipod ... .ra to mp3

I typically use Winamp to listen to my music, iTunes to transfer music to my iPod (for car).

I've got some music in .ra files (RealPlayer Audio file) that I'd like to use
The file in question is 64k stereo rip 3hr @92mb filesize

Questions:
1. Is there any way to play this file in Winamp?
2. Is there any way to have this file send to iPod?

Alternate Question:
3. Is there ways to convert this file to mp3 (avoiding questions 1 and 2) without loss, without a drastic increase in file size (wav is far too large)?

I solved Question 1 so far... that was achieved by installing "Real Alternative" and adding extensions to the Direct Show internal decoder in Winamp.

decided to scrap the idea.... couldnt find a transcoder to do it they all re-encode == loss unless i want a huge file (3x the size of original)

yea dbpoweramp

mediaconverter maybe

there shouldnt be much loss😛 real audio isn't so hot to begin with, and somethin you should stay away from.

It was from an online stream..

I'll just download the ones people recorded off DAB or SAT in the UK. Much better quality
