Im building a mid range pc and after all my research I went for the 7870 ghz edition but later I changed to 7870 Myst edition but after more research now im going for the r9 270x, the reason is because it has a nice price can run alomst anything in max quality, it has very good reviews, and both r9 270x models msi gaming 2g and gigabyte windfroce are cool and quiet, as i live in a very hot city where even the Aire conditioner is not enough i need the coolest graphic card i can get, but i dont know which one i should use or if theres a 7870 model that runs cooler (maybe i can consider a 7950 if goes on sale on black friday but as far i know the r9 270x msi and gigabyte surpass a 7950, or at least that says in gamedebate.com comparison)

so i would like to know anything that can help me choose
thanks

Skip all of those.

Get Sapphire Vapor-X 7970 Ghz edition and 3 free games for $220. Set up a custom fan profile and you have a quiet and cool card that trades blows with the $330-390 GTX770 2-4GB!!!

The value cannot be beaten right now.

get a HD 7950. significantly faster than HD 7870 / R9 270X. at the same clocks HD 7950 is 30 - 35% faster than HD 7870. pcs+ has a good cooler and unlocked voltage. 1100 - 1150 mhz is fairly easy to achieve with voltage tweaking.

you could also wait for sapphire hd 7950 to come back to stock . put on autonotify.

Personally, I would rather buy a different brand...just do not know enough about PowerColor. Has anyone used this brand and can recommend it? Gigabite, Asus, MSI. and Sapphire are the brands I would look for...but that's just me.
