Didn't put shit on until ten min ago I read on Bluesky that they kicked out a Democrat rep Al Green for booiig and/or not sitting down. So I put it on to see some real resistance from the Dems! Then they put up those stupid signs and I felt like I had to puke from the sheer patheticness of that as well as having to look at Trump, so I shut it off again. Apparently it's just a lone wolf with balls. The Dems are a joke. The Republicans are evil and the Dems are just a bunch of feckless out of touch jackasses.

What a country.
 
I see online that Trump just said "Elon Musk heads DOGE". I'm sure that's going to do wonders for all the cases where the DOJ says that isn't the case, especially as more and more evidence is coming to light to support a claim of violating the appointments clause.

It's cute you think that the courts really matter that much for these matters specifically. Actually it's not cute anymore. It's more sad - like how the Democratic party is behaving right now.
 
It's just a dumb political theater stunt by the conman Dump. People are going to have to be creative in developing an effective resistance to what we're seeing and what develops during this mishap strewn administration by miscreants. Some of my favorite things I've seen so far are political cartoons.

Courts are working: people are being forced to be unfired and funding has been shaken free in some cases. It takes time on that angle. Democrats have no real power: that's the problem when you're the minority. They also aren't doing nothing. They're not lifting their fingers to help Republicans pass their odious budget plans and blocking the things that can be blocked in the Senate (sadly, top-level cabinet positions and individual appointments are not among those things easily filibustered thanks to rule changes years ago). And they're continually trying to press their case to the public to build public support and anger because most people are not super online like you.

But for insider action, you need to fracture the Republican caucus if you want things actually fixed or stopped.

Or, you can start taking outsider action. Pick up some bricks or whatever.

They could be providing some fucking opposition right now. Right now it's just pathetic. I mean literally right now at this charade. Also they have no organized opposition out in the media or on the streets. It's a joke. And everyone is seeing it, except some Democratic cultists such as yourself, and the consultant class, who fucking suck. Nothing real from leadership, and that doesn't just include elected Dems, but 'torchbearers' like Clinton or Obama. They all are weak sniveling little shits.

And second of all multiple Dems literally just recently voted for multiple Trump nominees in the Senate. They have stopped one fucking bill.

Saw an MSNBC interview today of a couple of Democratic senators who said they voted for Rubio (who used to be a hawk on Russia and now is sucking Putin's toes) and now say they wouldn't vote for him. I wonder if Rubio himself wonders where his spine went.

Besides just the very few, the Democrats are literally sitting there while Trump shits on them with lies, just taking it like little pathetic punching bags.

When all they have to do is stand up and walk out en masse. They won't even get arrested. And nobody's going to hurt them. Nobody's going to touch them. It's the most pathetic display of opposition in the face of grave danger I've ever seen in my lifetime. When there is no chance of any kind of violent retribution. Literally nothing.

I don't think Trump will be able to get away from the blast zone of blaming things on Elon. Everyone knows who put him there, and we have all the tapes to play back ad nauseam with Trump praising him. And there will be a lot of unemployed people with lots of time to personally pay their sentiments to their Republican representatives when the fallout really starts to materialize.
