R.Perry: Left "Never Going To Like Us, So Let's Stop Trying To Curry Favor With Them"

Anyone who doubts that Rick Perry is going to run for President should watch this speech.

It it essentially a draft stump speech given at the Republican leadership council.

He stumbles over a few points and parts of it don't work. But given a few more weeks of practice and some fine tuning it should be a very effective speech for getting Republican primary voters to vote for him.

He is also one of the few candidates who can appeal to the fiscal conservatives and the religious conservatives. His record on both sides is good.

Yup, Texas is a mess. I guess that is why so many businesses and people are moving in to this State. The population growth from 2000 till 2010 was just over 20%. he unemployment rate is below the national average, but still way too high. From JUN 2009 thru till JUN 2011 about 47% of ALL jobs created in this country were created in Texas. Yup.....we are a disaster.

Mr. Perry has made some mistakes in his three elected terms in office but compared to 2 1/2 years of Bobo, the Post Turtle, he's a fucking genius.

That's a true statement. Only two people have ever been re-elected to a second term as Governor of Texas in the history of Texas and only one of those two was elected three times. He's not the best but he is way better than Bobo,e the Post Turtle. How many times was he elected to any office. Bobo, the Post Turtle, was elected on Hope and with no experience. So what we got was an incompetent fool and we are still hoping.
