Just found it on AP news He was only 57. No cause of death, just said died peacefully beside his wife. Bummer, he wasn't my favorite rapper but I liked him, good sense of humor and human-element in a lot of his music.

Wasn't a fan but it's hard not to recognize that song if you listened to pop or rap music in the past.
