My first hardrive I ever got, a 2GB one that my old man bought me back in the day finally died tonight. I had kept it going for years wondering how long it would last. I spent an hour trying to bring it back to life, but to no avail :(

We had alot of memories old friend........Goodluck in Hardrive heaven

wasn't WD not a well-liked brand back then? like people thought they were unreliable? hmm are they even still around...

I still have a 75GXP running in my system. It sounds like it's going to rip itself apart, but she's still going strong.
