Hi, While shopping for a QX9650 processor it has been revealed that there are two different steppings available, C0 and C1, can anyone help explain what was improved with the C1 stepping and whether it is worth trying to track down over the C0 version ?

Thanks :sun:

If you don't mind a locked multi of 9, the Q9650 is out and has the new E0 stepping; which i am patiently waiting to install - due to liquid cooling prepping :D

Thanks, but I can't use more than 4 GB of DDR3 Ram at 1600 Mhz with this Intel DX48BT2 motherboard so am going to use 8 GB of DDR3 Ram at 1333 and simply raise the CPU multiplier instead... Currently using the new Koolance Quad radiator with the new 330 CPU cooling block...
