By the time I got all the way down to the devil, I had enough money to have upgraded every single component on my driller rig to the best stuff AND plenty of money left over to buy like 100 nano repair kits and 100 of the best dynamite, 100 of those surface teleport devices, 100 spare fuel tanks, and still had MUCH $$ left over. What is a pain in the butt is getting back down there again after you surface if there is an earthquake. And yes you need the best of everything if you are going to go all the way down there. It is probably around 8000 feet down. Don't know for sure because your altimeter stops working after -6000 feet.
