I'm sick of it! In every religious thread, you Atheists think you are so high and mighty and complain about how religious people are trying to cram their beliefs down your throat, then you proceed to cram all your crappy Atheist crap down our throats! Who are all these religious people anyway who are constantly trying to convert you? What is it, like 0.01% of the religious population who actively speaks out, and you think that all religious people are trying to convert you? That's like saying that because (the following is MADE UP) 2 black guys shot a white man, than all blacks hate whites and want to kill them. Go back through some of the religious threads and count how many religious people are saying that Atheism is stupid and crappy, then count how many Atheists are claiming that religion is stupid and crappy. Look at how many Atheists are persecuting people for having religious beliefs! I thought we had a freedom of speech and a freedom to practice religion.
I covered a lot of ground here and tried to make it as brief as possible. Basically, if you don't agree with someone else's religious views, DEAL WITH IT. You don't have to start calling the person names and claiming they are ignorant just because they belive something you don't.
This is NOT meant to be flamebait, although I have a feeling I'm going to get flamed despite the fact that everything I've said here is the truth. Before any of you Atheists decide to complain about religious people cramming their beliefs down your throat, just think of how much crap you shove down their throats.
To those who may call me a hypocrite for generalizing atheists:
Basically, the reason is because there is such a profound anti-religious presence here that naming everyone involved would be incredibly difficult. Since the problem exists within such a large group, I decided that generalizing was ok and those that did not fall into that category would understand. On the other hand, such a small number of religious people try to convert you or I, criticising all religious people is not ok. I hope I've explained this enough and hope that anti-religious people understand the difference.
