Quietly cool scsi drives?

I hvae two 10k rpm scsi drives(atlas IV and seagate 36es) and both, as far as i understand, require active cooling. The temps can get high even with fans in the summer(near 50c). Wondering if anyone has any good, quiet ideas for cooling these drives.
Right now i have an antec sonata with a panaflo 120mm fan for the drives and a 120mm exhaust. I have them both hooked to the psu, which controls the speed of the fans. This seems to work quieter, overall, than my vantec nexus fanbus.
So who has a good idea?
