Quietest Socket A cooling?

I am looking for the quietest way to cool my T-bird 900 (not overclocked). I am currently using a GlobalWin FOP32 heatsink with a Sanyo Denki 60mm fan on it. Much better than the oringinal YS Tech for noise, but I know I can do better.

Ideas:
GW FOP + ADDA 60mm (16dBA, 13cfm version)
Molex 37166-0002 w/ medium speed fan
Thermaltake Silver Orb

Ideas for the ultra in quiet and still keep this AMD from overheating?

using just a fan? first i would consider 60mm to 80mm converter and getting a panaflo, they are so quiet, since their 60mm might not cool it enough...
but that GW one sounds really quiet... the panaflo one is 60mm Panaflo L1A CFM-14.1 dBA-24, but there's no rpm sensor 🙁
but i would recommend getting a taisol forged badboy, read somewhere its $23
