Well just to update... I picked up the Zalman 9500..and it is perfect. Wasn't bad to install, looks pretty sweet, and works wonderfully. My cpu temps have dropped about 4c already and the AS5 still needs to break in. So it got rid of my noise problem, and it cools better. Thanks alot for the recommendations and input guys!! I'll post some pics soon, I re did my wiring job as well. Looks pretty good IMO.

Good job, thanks for letting us know how it turned out!

Oh, and in general, Globe fans are pretty good. You may want to try and re-mount them with a soft mounting solution like the ziptie method (explained in that thread I linked to) or some soft rubber mounts (but not the Sunbeam ones).

120mm fan recommendations:

12v: Nexus Real Silent, Akasa Amber, Scythe S-Flex 1200rpm.
Undervolting: Sanyo Denki 120x38mm, Delta Triple Blade Low Speed 120x38mm.

Akasa and DTB can be found at sidewindercomputers.com
Sanyo Denki at http://www.petrastechshop.com/
The others can be found all over the place, just find the best price. Pad your order(s) with sleeving, fan screws etc, light things that won't add any more for shipping.

EDIT: No, the 9500 doesn't help cool the northbridge. If anything, it's much less effective at keeping your ram/northbridge/mosfet cool, but the CPU cooling is worth the few degree difference.

Ok here's some pics of the Zalman 9500 in my system, and some of the wiring...feel free to comment...not too bad IMO with this case (kinda small)

Opened the design in the front of my case for the front fan (I also cut away the metal grill underneath with the dremel)

Side shot inside case, wiring

Angle shot of Zalman 9500 and rear 120mm

Another angle of Zalman, rear 120mm and PSU(antec Smartpower 2.0 500W)

I also cut away the rear metal covering the 120mm fan. Should cool a bit better now :) Thanks Varun and Zagood for the reminder on that. This is what I have for now. I will upgrade to a much better case in the future. But in the meantime, all I need is a nice video card and I'm quite happy with my rig.
