That's not a particular quiet PSU. You should think about using one of the Antec "TruePower" PSUs. They are by far the quietest PSUs I've (n)ever heard, although I've never listened to one of those expensive PC Power and Cooling (or whatever they're called) PSUs. If you get that 420W PSU you should at least think about swapping out the fans for some quieter ones.

Insane3d - that's kind of disappointing. However, if I got that little digital thermometer deal I could stick that right next to the core for more accurate readings (as opposed to under the whole CPU :p).

Ralfhutter - I would be replacing the fan in that 420W PSU with a Panaflo.
