Which of the current cpu coolers gives the best cooling while still staying quiet? My system is pretty quiet and I'd like to keep it that way, but I like a little better cooling for OCing.
 
What are you using right now? First thing that comes to mind would be an Alpha 6035 with a quiet fan like the Sanyo Denki or the Panaflo. Have a look at Plycon for the one with the Sanyo Denki fan.
